Many people are shocked by Kirk Franklin’s statement at the B.E.T. Hip Hop awards during a “freestyle” rap in which he said, “The Lion and the Lamb will bow to the Goat.” The goat WILL bow down to the Lion and the Lamb. All knees will bow and the Heavens sing HOLY HOLY HOLY is the Lamb of God. Now
Kirk is under fire from the Christian community for his blasphemous words. In my opinion, his action was a clear indication of where his loyalty lies. Jesus said, out of the abundance of the heart, the mouth speaks. However, many people are calling for prayer for Kirk. I will, but let us use this example to remind ourselves of the dangers of being too close to the world. Jesus will NEVER bend a knee to anyone!
